As we grow, we’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Virtual Assistant / Recruitment Assistant to keep our hiring process running smoothly and efficiently.

The Role

As our Virtual Assistant / Recruitment Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment operations—from managing candidate assessments and scheduling interviews to conducting quick engagement calls and helping us build our candidate pipeline. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes force ensuring candidates are moving through each stage of the process with speed, clarity, and a great experience.

This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about getting the details right.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and manage candidate assessments to ensure accuracy and alignment with hiring criteria
  • Watch and evaluate video submissions for completeness and quality
  • Follow up with candidates on missing items, scheduling, and application progress
  • Conduct short candidate engagement calls to clarify information and confirm interest
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
  • Support sourcing efforts by conducting initial searches for potential candidates
  • Manage and respond to emails in the recruitment inbox
  • Maintain accurate candidate data across internal systems and trackers
  • Assist recruiters with administrative tasks to streamline hiring workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative, recruitment, or HR support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and tools like Zoom or Google Meet
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Bonus Points

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems or assessment platforms
  • Background in candidate sourcing, screening, or engagement
  • Customer service experience in a remote environment
