Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads through online platforms, databases, social media, or industry sources.
- Execute outbound strategies, including cold calling, emailing, or social media outreach, to engage prospects.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Nurture leads through follow-ups, personalized communication, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track, manage, and report on lead activity and pipeline status.
- Develop and test lead generation campaigns, such as email drips or paid ads, to optimize conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.
- Meet or exceed lead generation quotas and KPIs.
