We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant (Full-Time with NO other active online jobs)
Company: Dog training and boarding company in Utah for over 18 years
Work Schedule: 4 Days/Week | 10-Hour/Shifts – Using TIMEPROOF
Timezone: Mountain Daylight Time (MDT)

We’re seeking a second full-time Virtual Assistant to support our growing dog training and boarding company. You’ll work closely with the business owner, operations manager, and our awesome team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive, and ever-evolving team.

Responsibilities
You will assist with various office and admin tasks, including:
• Answering customer calls and booking reservations in Gingr
• Responding to inquiries about training, daycare, and boarding services
• Managing emails and text messages via company communication channels
• Editing photos and videos for social media, flyers, and online courses
• Data entry across platforms (Google Suite, Go High Level, and others)
• Managing and following up on tasks and team reminders using Monday.com
• Assisting in screening and interviewing applicants on Indeed
• Calculating basic performance and sales metrics (e.g., revenue, margins, closing rates)

What We’re Looking For:
We need someone proactive, creative, and comfortable with change. As we grow, new tasks may be added weekly. You must be comfortable working both independently and with a team.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
• Excellent spoken and written English
• A strong and stable internet connection (video calls via Google Meet will be part of your shift)
• Creative thinking for social media and content creation
• A positive attitude and adaptability to learn new skills and tools
• Strict SOP Compliance

Technical Requirements
• Dual-monitor setup (Laptop or Desktop)
• Intel Core i5 (or equivalent/higher)
• Reliable internet connection (50 Mbps or faster)
• Quiet working space with backup internet and UPS

Schedule (MDT)
• Sunday – Off
• Monday – Off
• Tuesday – 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Wednesday – Off
• Thursday – 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Friday – 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Saturday – 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Compensation
• Starting Rate: $5.50/hour
• If you pass the 3-Month Probation: Increases to $7.00/hour
• Annual Raises: Guaranteed once per year
