Virtual Assistant – Insurance Agency (Remote)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support our operations. This role will primarily involve client follow-ups to collect important documents, cold calling commercial and personal lines leads, and assisting with social media content and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
– Follow up with clients to collect necessary documentation via phone, email, and text.
– Cold call commercial and personal lines insurance prospects to generate interest and set appointments.
– Assist with creating, posting, and managing social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
– Perform other administrative tasks to support the agency as needed.
Requirements:
– Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
– Experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing (insurance experience is a plus but not required).
– Comfortable making outbound calls and following scripts.
– Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content posting.
– Strong internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment.
– Availability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Standard Time preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
– Prior experience working with insurance agencies.
– Familiarity with CRM tools like
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, etc.) are a plus.
