Golden Home Access is a U.S. based company that installs stairlifts, wheelchair ramps, railings, and grab bars for seniors to make their homes safer and more accessible.
We are a new company with 2 owners and 1 current employee. We would like to hire a virtual assistant to help build this company from the ground up.
We are looking for 3 primary skills:
– Comfortable talking on the phone: You will answer inbound calls, explain our services, and set appointments. You will also make outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule jobs.
– Proactive: You will schedule jobs, send quotes / invoices, and keep our knowledge base and CRM (Notion) organized and up-to-date. We would love someone who can proactively suggest ideas to improve our business.
– Team player: Most importantly, we want someone who comes with a positive attitude, ready to help our team. We are happy to teach you new skills but we need you to be ready to learn.
As the company grows, there will be opportunity to grow your title, responsibilities, and compensation.
How to Apply:

Record a 2-5 minute Loom video telling us about a time that you came up with an idea that solved a problem for your boss. Be specific. Tell us what the problem was, how you came up with the solution, how you executed the solution step-by-step, and the impact it had on the business. You should pick an example that you are proud of and you think would impress us. If you think it would be helpful, you can screen share on Loom to show us the project or send any relevant files.
