Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Virtual Administrative Assistant (Monday.com Proficient) to perform advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organizational policies and practices.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all internal and external meetings for the CEO, including Zoom and in-person meetings.
- Manage scheduling tools like Calendly and Google Calendar.
- Organize and prepare for events, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized.
- Collaborate with the CEO to maintain inbox organization.
- Set up systems for archiving, responding, and flagging important emails.
- Ensure timely responses to priority communications.
- Use Monday.com to track project deadlines, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
- Respond to staff messages and manage project automation features.
- Conduct daily check-ins with the CEO to review priorities and ongoing projects.
- Assist with general office admin duties, such as preparing documents, managing files, and handling correspondence.
- Support team communication via Slack and manage document creation through Microsoft Office.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to help organize workflows.
Requirements
- College educated
- Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
- Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
- Proven experience in executive assistance
- Project management experience using Monday.com
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
- Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)

- Up to PHP 42,500 a month (Based on experience)
