Job Description for Virtual Assistant

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm EST

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads via email and potentially phone calls
  • Manage client bookings using Honeybook CRM software
  • Coordinate schedules and maintain the company’s Google Calendar
  • Liaise with artists to ensure proper inventory and preparation for events
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate spreadsheets
  • Create and schedule social media content, including basic video editing
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support business operations

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (training on Honeybook will be provided)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation
  • Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) is a plus
  • Neutral accent for clear customer interactions
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Scope:

  • Part-time position (20-35 hours/week) with potential to transition to full-time
  • Work hours aligned with Eastern Time Zone (e.g., 10 AM to 2 PM ET, Monday to Friday)
