Virtual Admin Assistant – Australian Property Management (PropertyMe)
We are looking for a Virtual Admin Assistant with hands-on PropertyMe experience and a background in Australian Property Management.
The role involves managing property records, maintenance requests, lease documents, and providing day-to-day admin support to property managers.
Key Tasks:
- Manage tenant, owner, and property records in PropertyMe
- Upload leases, inspections, invoices, and compliance documents
- Log and track maintenance requests and contractor updates
- Generate reports and support rent roll accuracy
- Handle email coordination and scheduling
Requirements:
- Proven experience using PropertyMe (required)
- Experience in Australian Property Management
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Must have own computer (desktop/laptop with Intel i5 & 8MB RAM or equivalent) and internet (50 Mbps minimum) setup already
