Virtual Admin Assistant – Australian Property Management (PropertyMe)

We are looking for a Virtual Admin Assistant with hands-on PropertyMe experience and a background in Australian Property Management.

The role involves managing property records, maintenance requests, lease documents, and providing day-to-day admin support to property managers.

Key Tasks:

  • Manage tenant, owner, and property records in PropertyMe
  • Upload leases, inspections, invoices, and compliance documents
  • Log and track maintenance requests and contractor updates
  • Generate reports and support rent roll accuracy
  • Handle email coordination and scheduling

Requirements:

  • Proven experience using PropertyMe (required)
  • Experience in Australian Property Management
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Must have own computer (desktop/laptop with Intel i5 & 8MB RAM or equivalent) and internet (50 Mbps minimum) setup already
