Join our team at Pickauni as a Telesales Executive.

We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will contact potential customers by phone to introduce our products/services, answer questions, and close sales. The ideal candidate will be persuasive, able to handle rejections gracefully, and have a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers from a provided list.
  • Present, promote, and sell our products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to offer the most suitable products/services.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential new markets or customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve sales techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to remain competitive in the market.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential. You should be able to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred, especially within the education or marketing-tech industry.
  • Resilience: You should be comfortable with making cold calls and handling rejection, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Customer-Centric: We are looking for someone who can build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Goal-Oriented: You should be driven to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Adaptability: The ability to quickly learn about our products/services and adapt your approach based on customer feedback is key.
  • Team Player: While you will often work independently, you should be able to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office) are important for maintaining records and managing your workload.
