Your Mission:

As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the executive team while also bringing your creativity to life through graphic design and copywriting. You’ll be more than just an assistant—you’ll be the trusted partner who ensures everything runs smoothly, allowing the company to grow and succeed.

How You’ll Help Us Succeed:
In this role, you will help us create content that drives engagement, manage key administrative tasks, and ensure all communications align with our brand. By joining us, you’ll become an essential part of a mission-driven team that values loyalty, creativity, and the ability to adapt.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Craft and schedule social media posts, engaging with our audience and building our online presence.
Write compelling copy for emails, marketing campaigns, and social media that align with our brand voice.
Design and create marketing funnels, landing pages, and opt-in forms that convert.
Keep the executive team on track by managing calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare reports, presentations, and emails with clarity and professionalism.
Assist with email campaigns, event coordination, and other critical tasks.
Protect confidential information and ensure discretion in all areas of responsibility.

Are You the One?
We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver who is passionate about supporting others and eager to make an impact. You should have:

Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, and social media management.
Strong English skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in tools like GSuite, Monday.com, Canva, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A high level of discretion in handling sensitive information.
