Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our clients in planning content, executing strategies, and growing their online presence with purpose. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative execution and strategic thinking and can take ownership of social media growth.

Rate: £5.00 per hour

Work Hours: Flexible, aligned with UK business hours where required

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Develop and implement simple but effective social media strategies
• Create and publish engaging content aligned with brand voice and messaging
• Design basic graphics using tools such as Canva
• Repurpose content across platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Monitor performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Stay updated with social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
• Support overall brand growth and visibility through consistent content execution

𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 (𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞)
𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞:
• Proven experience in social media management, preferably for businesses
• Strong understanding of content planning and basic social media strategy
• Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools
• Good written English and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and suggest improvements
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace

• Experience supporting UK-based businesses or international clients
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
• Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns
