Part-Time Social Media Management Virtual Assistant Wanted (10–15 Hours/Week)
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Management Virtual Assistant to join our team! This is a part-time position requiring 10–15 hours per week.
Responsibilities Include:

Scheduling social media posts using Hootsuite to promote products, classes, and events.

Designing visually appealing graphics using Canva for social media and website use.

Ensuring all product entries and social media content align with our brand and marketing strategies.

Editing videos for use on platforms like YouTube and other social media channels.

Writing and populating blog entries to promote products.

Occasionally assisting with data entry tasks.

Performing other related tasks to support our online presence.
Requirements:

Strong internet connection and availability for training from 9 AM EST to 12 PM EST until fully trained.

Familiarity with online platforms like Shopify, Hootsuite, and Canva.

A detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy.

Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Independent, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills.
Once training is complete, working hours will be discussed and adjusted accordingly.
