Part-Time Social Media Management Virtual Assistant Wanted (10–15 Hours/Week)
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Management Virtual Assistant to join our team! This is a part-time position requiring 10–15 hours per week.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Scheduling social media posts using Hootsuite to promote products, classes, and events.
  • Designing visually appealing graphics using Canva for social media and website use.
  • Ensuring all product entries and social media content align with our brand and marketing strategies.
  • Editing videos for use on platforms like YouTube and other social media channels.
  • Writing and populating blog entries to promote products.
  • Occasionally assisting with data entry tasks.
  • Performing other related tasks to support our online presence.
Requirements:
  • Strong internet connection and availability for training from 9 AM EST to 12 PM EST until fully trained.
  • Familiarity with online platforms like Shopify, Hootsuite, and Canva.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Independent, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Once training is complete, working hours will be discussed and adjusted accordingly.
