We’re seeking a Social Media Coordinator to work closely with our Founder/CEO in managing and expanding their online presence. In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you’ll be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and analyzing content that boosts engagement and aligns with our business objectives. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the voice of our brand, extend its reach, and contribute directly to its growth. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor, with outstanding communication skills and a strong sense of initiative.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Craft and execute a multi-platform social media strategy that aligns with the Founder/CEO’s personal brand and company vision.
- Develop a robust, forward-looking content calendar across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and more.
- Research trends, track competitors, and identify moments that matter to keep content timely and relevant.
Content Creation & Execution:
- Write compelling, on-brand content tailored to each platform and audience.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to produce high-quality creative assets.
- Edit and schedule content for optimal performance using top-tier social tools.
- Stay on top of platform best practices and algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
Community & Reputation Management:
- Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement across platforms.
- Respond, engage, and foster conversations with followers, partners, and influencers.
- Screen and triage incoming opportunities and protect the CEO’s online presence.
- Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report on performance metrics weekly and monthly.
- Run A/B tests to continuously optimize content.
- Adjust strategy based on platform insights and audience behavior.
Collaboration & Integration:
- Work cross-functionally with PR, marketing, and creative teams.
- Support content for public speaking, interviews, and media appearances.
- Ensure consistent messaging across channels and initiatives.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of social media management experience, ideally supporting C-level leaders or public figures.
- Proven success in building a personal or executive brand.
- Deep understanding of the social media landscape, tools, and trends.
- Experience in our industry or with a similar audience is a big plus.

Additional Skills :
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Later.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand content.
- Basic graphic design and photo editing abilities using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid grasp of social media analytics, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices to optimize content for visibility and reach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when managing public-facing content.

- Update the content calendar with upcoming posts.
- Share engagement reports and community highlights.
- Spot and suggest trending topics or timely content ideas.
Monthly Tasks:
- Provide a detailed report on content performance.
- Recommend updates to improve the content strategy.
- Share insights on what competitors and the industry are doing.
Success Metrics:
- More followers and better engagement across platforms.
- A stronger presence in industry conversations.
- Meaningful interactions with the right audience.
- Clear results like newsletter signups or event registrations.
- Positive online sentiment and a strong personal brand image.
Working Relationship:
- Reports directly to the Founder/CEO.
- Regular check-ins to align on content priorities and approvals.
- Works cross-functionally with marketing, PR, and creative teams.
- Access to updates on company news and the Founder/CEO’s schedule.
- Clear communication channels for timely feedback and approvals.
Time Commitment:
- Full-time position with a flexible schedule to support real-time social media needs.
- Availability required during key company events, product launches, and major announcements.
- Occasional after-hours monitoring for optimal post timing and timely audience engagement.
What We Offer:
- Php 50,000 – 55,000
