Role Overview

We’re seeking a Full-Time Social Media Coordinator to execute social media content and administration for our B2B client portfolio. You’ll manage up to 10+ clients (with vision to grow), focusing on captions, scheduling, tracking, and admin tasks while supporting our content and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Content Execution & Administration

  • Execute captions, scheduling, and tracking for up to 10+ clients (with vision to grow)
  • Handle community management and comment tracking across client accounts
  • Support overflow tasks and administrative work
  • Maintain ClickUp/Airtable systems and client tracking
  • Write copy, and collaborate with content and creative team on post creation
  • Ensure content is timely, consistent, and aligns with brand guidelines

Community Management & Analytics

  • Monitor community engagement and respond to interactions appropriately across all client accounts
  • Handle routine comments, messages, and community interactions following brand guidelines
  • Track KPIs like reach, engagement, and follower growth for internal reporting
  • Identify emerging platform trends, features, and opportunities
  • Support special posts and community engagement initiatives

Process & Tool Management

  • Implement and maintain processes and workflows for content scheduling, feedback loops, and client communication established by the Senior Social Media Manager
  • Support scalable processes as client portfolio grows
  • Handle administrative tasks

Brand Voice & Strategy Alignment

  • Maintain multiple brand voices across diverse client portfolio
  • Align social strategy with marketing strategy and brand tone
  • Work with brands while pushing creative boundaries appropriately
  • Support bold, innovative B2B communications that stand out without compromising professionalism

Key Skills & Experience

Required

  • 2-4 years of social media management experience (Mid-Junior level)
  • Experience managing LinkedIn and Facebook pages with demonstrated engagement growth
  • Strong copywriting skills for social media captions
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Airtable)
  • Agency experience preferred – ability to manage multiple brand voices simultaneously

Preferred

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Previous experience working with brands/government
  • Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead generation
  • Digital native with strong business acumen
  • Comfortable working across different time zones
