HIRING: Social Media & Client Support Virtual Assistant (Medical Aesthetics)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a growing medical aesthetics clinic in Australia.
This role focuses on social media execution + client support, with a strong emphasis on compliance (AHPRA/TGA) and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Repurpose content into reels, carousels, and story sets

Edit videos and create graphics using Canva

Write compliant, engaging captions (medical tone)

Schedule content via Meta Business Suite

Manage inbox and client enquiries
-
Support bookings, cancellations, and follow-ups
-
Assist with post-consultation communications

Maintain Shopify backend and Linktree updates
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Minimum 2 years social media experience
-
Proven experience working with medical, cosmetic, or regulated Australian industries

Strong understanding of AHPRA/TGA compliance

Skilled in Canva, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite

Experience with Shopify and booking systems (e.g. Fresha)

Excellent written English and attention to detail
Role Details

Part-time: ~15 hours/week
