π Responsibilities
π± Create and publish engaging short-form social media content, with a strong focus on Facebook Marketplace, to drive visibility, engagement, and inquiries.
π¬ Manage client and prospect communications via direct messages (DMs) and email, ensuring timely, professional, and friendly responses.
π Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and nurture customer relationships to support conversions and customer satisfaction.
ποΈ Monitor, optimize, and update Facebook Marketplace listings to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation.
ποΈ Support basic administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and email follow-ups during off-peak hours.
π― Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media and client communications.
β Qualifications
βοΈ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
π Hands-on experience managing Facebook Marketplace and social media platforms, including posting content and handling interactions.
π² Basic understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and short-form content best practices.
π§ Previous experience with client communication via email and social media DMs.
β‘ Ability to manage multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
π§ Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive mindset.
π€ Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a team environment.
π± Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
π» Experience with CRM or client management software is a plus.
