Part Time: 20 hours / Week
Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Create marketing materials (flyers, ads) using Canva and Photoshop
• Design and send email campaigns via Mailchimp
• Assist clients with product-related questions and provide excellent customer service
• Write clear, engaging copy for social media, emails, and ads (copywriting skills are a plus)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• 5+ years of experience, with 2+ years in the same role (preferred)
• Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, and Mailchimp
Experience managing social media accounts
• Customer service experience
• Strong copywriting skills (bonus)
