Job Description
We’re seeking a tech-savvy Social Media & Administrative Assistant to help manage our digital presence and operational efficiency. In this dynamic role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our brand’s online aesthetic while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work directly with the business owner to create engaging content, maintain our sophisticated brand image, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools for marketing initiatives. This position offers the perfect blend of creative work and administrative expertise, with opportunities to grow your skills across multiple digital platforms and business systems.
Responsibilities
- Create and curate engaging social media content that maintains our luxury brand aesthetic
- Design professional marketing materials and graphics using Canva
- Craft compelling newsletters featuring promotions, educational content, and skincare expertise
- Manage and optimize our Google Business profile to enhance online visibility
- Update website product listings and maintain accurate inventory records
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to create content while preserving our unique brand voice
- Handle appointment scheduling system updates and maintenance
- Create and distribute templated client communications
- Support social media advertising initiatives
- Maintain operational records and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Research and implement SEO best practices
- Collaborate with website team to ensure consistent product updates
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven experience with social media management and content creation (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
- Proficiency in Canva and graphic design tools
- Demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency across platforms
- Experience with AI tools and ability to adapt them for brand voice
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Business optimization
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Tech-savvy mindset with quick learning abilities
- Available during US Eastern Time business hours
- Experience with inventory or booking systems preferred
- Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication
