WE’RE URGENTLY HIRING: SENIOR MARKETING VA (2 Roles)
WFH | Day Shift | Full-time | 500-600PHP/hr | 13th Month Pay | Paid Holidays | Leave Credits
We’re looking for 2 experienced Marketing VAs to support Australian businesses with digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution. (1 Part-Time – 20 hrs/ week and 1 Part-Time – Starts at 20 hrs/week and scales to full-time within 6 months)
Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage social media content & content calendars
• Design marketing assets using Canva (graphics, ads, short videos)
• Write blogs and website content with SEO optimisation
• Build email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar platforms)
• Support Paid Ads campaign (Meta + Google)
• Update and maintain WordPress or Shopify websites
• Monitor analytics and campaign performance
• Prepare marketing reports and insights
• Light admin support
Requirements
• Strong experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Experience writing blogs and SEO-optimised content
• Advanced Canva design skills
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred)
• Strong experience with Meta Ads (Experience with Google Ads is a strong plus)
• Experience with WordPress / Shopify
• Excellent English communication and copywriting
• Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
•Experience supporting clients in Real Estate/ Digital Marketing Agency
