At Joburn Pte. Ltd., we believe in building a collaborative team that grows together. We’re currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic sales team.
The Role
We’re looking for someone to provide crucial support to our sales department through effective communication, organization, and coordination. This position will begin as a more intensive role and transition to part-time as systems are established, with opportunities to expand your responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage outreach campaigns to potential clients and follow up with prospects. Coordinate and organize sales-related documents, proposals, and contracts. Support the sales team with administrative tasks and internal reporting. Maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) records. Help implement efficient workflows between the sales department and other teams. Assist with preparing sales presentations and materials.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational abilities. Self-motivated with ability to work independently. Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to learn new systems. Experience in sales support or customer service is beneficial. Reliable with consistent follow-through on commitments.
Experience & Tools
While prior experience with sales software and virtual assistance is beneficial, we prioritize your willingness to learn. Full training will be provided for all necessary systems and processes, including our CRM and communication platforms.
