We’re a fast-growing B2B lead generation agency looking for high-energy, confident, and persuasive individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives. In this role, you’ll represent our clients and be the first point of contact for their prospective customers, introducing their products, sparking interest, and booking qualified appointments.

Our clients range from innovative tech startups to established service providers across industries such as SaaS, digital marketing, IT services, financial technology, staffing and recruitment, and business consulting. You’ll be reaching out to decision-makers in B2B companies, helping them discover solutions that drive real business results.

This is not a typical appointment setting or call center role. It’s a challenging and rewarding sales development position designed for individuals who are serious about developing their skills and progressing in their sales career.

Key Responsibilities:

– Make outbound calls to qualified leads and prospects using provided call lists and scripts.

– Spark interest and clearly communicate the client’s value proposition.

– Qualify leads by identifying their needs, pain points, and decision-making readiness to ensure they’re a good fit for the client.

– Handle objections with confidence and guide conversations toward booked appointments.

– Follow up with leads who have shown interest to continue the conversation and move them closer to booking a meeting.

– Schedule and manage all meetings directly with the client, ensuring details are accurately tracked and confirmed.

– Take ownership of meeting outcomes by following up with leads and ensuring meetings are attended as scheduled.

– Communicate regularly with the client to review booked meetings, provide updates, and suggest improvements to messaging and targeting.

– Provide insights and feedback to continuously improve cold calling strategy and effectiveness.

– Log all activity and outcomes in the CRM with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

– Enthusiastic, high-energy personality with a natural ability to connect with people.

– Confident communicator who can lead conversations and think on their feet.

– Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales is a plus.

– Experience in face-to-face customer service roles such as retail sales associate, barista, bartender, or hotel front desk is also a strong plus.

– Outstanding verbal communication and active listening skills.

– Neutral or native English accent.

– Quick adaptability to different industries, products, and services.

– Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.

– Organized and detail-oriented for accurate record-keeping.

– Self-driven, competitive, and results-oriented mindset.

– Must have a quiet, professional work-from-home setup with a reliable internet connection.

Compensation:

Starting at USD 1,000/month base pay plus performance-based incentives

Work Schedule:

Full-time

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
