Job Role : Sales Assistant

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary range : 1,200 – 2000 AUD/month

Setup : Full-time, permanent remote job, Independent Contractor Agreement

Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you’ll be able to work from home.

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support a small but growing business in the creative/events industry. This role will focus on managing sales outreach, handling email correspondence, and identifying new business opportunities. If you’re someone who enjoys taking initiative, streamlining communication, and helping convert interest into confirmed bookings, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize a large volume of inbound emails (~35,000), identifying potential leads and client inquiries

Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally

Follow up on warm leads, track communication, and ensure timely follow-through

Assist in booking and scheduling meetings with prospective clients

Support sales process development and improvement

Research and identify new business opportunities or events to pursue

Maintain clear and organized records of client communications and progress

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales or administrative assistant role

Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in managing email inboxes, CRMs, or communication tools

Comfortable taking initiative and working independently

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to identify opportunities and act on them without needing detailed instruction
