Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Appointment Setter (SAS) to join our dynamic team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to book appointments with potential clients and close deals. Please note that compensation is based on successful closures, not just appointments set. Key Responsibilities:

Book appointments with prospective clients and ensure a high show-up rate.

Close deals effectively with a strong focus on results and conversions.

Record all calls related to bookings using call recording tools (e.g., Cube ACR, Fathom).

Capture and document all direct message interactions via screenshots.

Monitor and report daily outreach efforts, including calls and direct messages, using provided trackers.

Compensation Structure:

This is a pay-per-close position. Compensation is tied to the number of successful closures.

Example 1: 100 bookings with 0 show-ups = $0

Example 2: 2 bookings at a 50% close rate = 5%-10% of booked order value (depending on volume)

Our average close rate ranges from 60-80%, but appointments must show up to count toward your closure rate.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Call Recording: All booking-related calls must be recorded using tools like Cube ACR or Fathom.
  • Documentation: All DMs must be screenshotted and documented.
  • Daily Outreach: You are expected to make at least 150 calls and send 300 DMs daily. Consistently falling short of these numbers may indicate that this role isn’t the right fit for you.
  • Tools Provided:
  • Call recording software (e.g., Cube ACR or similar).
  • Tracking tools, such as a spreadsheet, to track daily outreach (calls and DMs).
