We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Revenue/Sales Admin Assistant to support our sales/revenue team with administrative tasks, CRM management, and lead nurturing. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and capable of managing and organizing sales data, transcriptions, and action items to keep the sales pipeline running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Lead Management

  • Maintain and update CRM with new entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook connections and interactions to nurture leads.
  • Engage in direct messaging (DMs) with a conversational and curious approach to build relationships.
  • Utilize Dripify or similar tools to identify and nurture LinkedIn prospects.
  • Track and maintain a list of current top leads, ensuring they receive continuous engagement.
  • Maintain a full understanding of the sales pipeline and the status of all projects and deals.

Call Support & Follow-Up

  • Attend sales calls, take detailed notes, and organize transcriptions.
  • Identify key deliverables and ensure they are completed post-call.
  • Send follow-up emails to prospects, including transcripts and action items.
  • Upload transcripts, action items, and feedback/areas of improvement into the CRM.
  • Organize, assign, and track tasks related to sales follow-ups.

Pre-Call Preparation

  • Conduct lead qualification and confirm details prior to scheduled calls.
  • Ensure all necessary information is prepared and available before meetings.

Others

  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to meet the needs of the business

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years as Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant or similar roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Comfortable engaging with prospects via direct messaging.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
