Overview:
As our Revenue Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and organization of our revenue team’s workflow. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming messages within our CRM, triage conversations to the appropriate channels, and keep our sales pipelines consistently up to date. Additionally, you will engage with our social media audience by responding to comments, reinforcing our brand presence and approachability.

Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Monitor and triage incoming messages to ensure they are directed to the correct team members, departments, or workflows.
Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date information across all pipelines, ensuring no deals or leads are overlooked.
Social Media Engagement: Respond promptly to comments and interactions on social media platforms, fostering a positive, engaged community.
Support Revenue Team Efficiency: Help streamline team processes by managing incoming communication, allowing the revenue team to concentrate on driving growth.

Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
