We are a dynamic real estate team seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Real Estate Virtual Assistant. Our team values efficiency, creativity, and proactive problem-solving. If you enjoy driving processes, managing data, and supporting a high-performing team, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM (Follow Up Boss) including cleaning up contacts, maintaining data integrity, and setting up DRIP campaigns.
- Build and manage mailing lists using Propstream for marketing and cold calling campaigns.
- Create visually appealing social media content using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Draft and send email campaigns via Mailchimp.
- Prepare documents for e-signature using Adobe Sign.
- Handle transaction support: saving important documents, following up with clients, ensuring all required documents are collected.
- Maintain trackers using Google Sheets for clients, deals, and other operational processes.
- Collaborate via WhatsApp, Outlook, Dropbox, and other communication/storage tools.
- Perform cold calling, appointment scheduling, and other client communications as needed.
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with a real estate team or brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Acrobat, and Photoshop.
- Experience with Follow Up Boss (FUB) for CRM maintenance and campaigns.
- Experience building mailing lists and managing email campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to drive processes independently.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly and adapting to changing priorities.
