Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Wholesale Inside Sales Agent to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential real estate deals for our wholesale business through proactive outreach and effective communication. You will play a crucial role in building our pipeline of properties and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
– Lead Generation & Qualification: Prospect for potential wholesale real estate opportunities through warm outreach calling and other lead generation strategies.
– Building Rapport: Develop rapport and build relationships with homeowners to understand their needs and motivations for selling.
– Property Information Gathering: Gather essential property information, including condition, financing details, and timeline for selling.
– Qualifying Leads: Evaluate the viability of leads based on our company’s criteria and determine if they are a good fit for wholesaling.
– Making Offers: Present preliminary offers to potential sellers and negotiate initial terms of agreement.
– Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, communications, and deal progress in our CRM system.
– Collaboration: Work closely with our acquisitions team to transition qualified leads and provide necessary documentation.
– Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local real estate market trends and conditions.
– Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
– Excellent phone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
– Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospects.
– Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
– Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
– Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
– Basic understanding of real estate principles, the wholesaling process, and terms is a must
