Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Cold Caller. The agent will be responsible for skip tracing leads, managing and updating our CRM system, and making outbound cold calls to prospective clients. This is a long-term, remote opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct skip tracing to locate and verify lead information.
Organize, update, and maintain accurate lead data in the CRM system.
Make outbound cold calls to potential leads daily, following scripts and workflows.
Build rapport with prospects and gather essential information.
Schedule follow-up calls and set appointments when necessary.
Track daily activities and report updates to the team.
Assist in managing email communications and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or a related field
Familiarity with skip tracing tools and CRM platforms
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Reliable internet connection, noise-canceling headset, and quiet working environment.
Work Hours:
9 AM – 5 PM PST, Monday to Friday
Salary:
$800/month + commission paid monthly]
