Now Hiring: Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Law & Bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a busy Real Estate Law office. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate legal processes and is proficient in bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
Position: Virtual Assistant
Industry: Real Estate Law / Legal Support / Bookkeeping
Type: Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks related to real estate closings, contracts, and documentation
- Prepare and manage legal correspondence, forms, and filings
- Communicate with clients, title companies, and realtors as needed
- Perform bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks, including invoicing, reconciling accounts, and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate records and support monthly reporting
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with a real estate law firm or in a real estate legal support role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and general accounting/bookkeeping tasks
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with legal terminology and real estate documentation is a plus
