Now Hiring: Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Law & Bookkeeping (QuickBooks)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a busy Real Estate Law office. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate legal processes and is proficient in bookkeeping using QuickBooks.

Position: Virtual Assistant

Industry: Real Estate Law / Legal Support / Bookkeeping

Type: Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to real estate closings, contracts, and documentation
  • Prepare and manage legal correspondence, forms, and filings
  • Communicate with clients, title companies, and realtors as needed
  • Perform bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks, including invoicing, reconciling accounts, and expense tracking
  • Maintain accurate records and support monthly reporting

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with a real estate law firm or in a real estate legal support role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and general accounting/bookkeeping tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and real estate documentation is a plus
