Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, emails, and client communication.
- Handle paperwork and coordinate transactions, ensuring timely completion of all documentation.
- Support marketing efforts by drafting property descriptions, managing social media, and coordinating advertising campaigns.
- Work closely with the team leader to ensure smooth operations, acting as a reliable right-hand person.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related role, demonstrating loyalty, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative in real estate-related tasks
- Commitment to stay with the team for at least 2-3 years
- Real estate experience is preferred
