Position: Property Management Assistant | AU Real Estate
Location: Central Luzon

Your Role
As An PM Assistant, You Are Responsible For
- Application Processing
- Scheduling Open Inspections
- Miscellaneous filing and administration tasks
- Tenant and owner correspondence if required
- Assisting PM Admin team if required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in assisting property management for an Australian Real Estate
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge and experience in using Property Management Software preferably Property Me
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in using 2Apply and Inspect Real Estate
- Great attention to details
- Detail focused
- Excellent time management
- Be able to work to a daily planner and manage tasks
- Ability to work within a team
- Able to work in a fast-paced type of environment
- Not afraid to ask questions
- Must have a bubbly/friendly personality and must be confident
