Hiring: KOL and Influencer Research Specialist
A KOL and Influencer Research Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying the right influencers to align with our brand goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in gathering and organizing contact information, and has a strong understanding of influencer marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify KOLs and influencers who align with the brand’s values, tone, and campaign objectives.Analyze influencers’ profiles, including engagement rates, audience demographics, and content quality, to ensure alignment with brand goals.Gather and organize influencer contact information (e.g., emails) into detailed, accurate databases for outreach and collaboration.Stay up to date on emerging trends in influencer marketing, social media algorithms, and content creation strategies.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED
Proven experience in influencer research or marketing roles is a plus.Proficiency in tools for gathering and managing contact data (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms).Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED:
Familiarity with influencer marketing tools is not required, but it would be a plus if the candidate has experience with any relevant tools.Knowledge of social media platforms and current influencer trends, especially on TikTok, with an understanding of TikTok hashtags, keywords, and trending topics.Ability to identify new and emerging influencers who are a good fit for the brand.
