Personal Virtual Assistant

Your Virtual Genius

We are looking to hire a Virtual Assistant who is available 30-40 hours/week during US work hours Monday – Friday (PST, CST or EST).

We are looking for applicants who have the following skills/experience:

– general admin support (calendar management, email management, booking hotel and flights, organizational skills)
-Personal tasks (make sure the client’s food, exercise, accommodations, self-care (salons, barbers, masseuse, etc) and flight plans are managed by someone who ensures the clients have everything they need to stay on the ball.
– project management experience (Trello preferred)
– Inbox cleaning / management – organize emails daily
-Random personal / company tasks (wedding/birthday gifts, research on a 3PL service, coordinating returns).
– lead generation (data entry)
– basic research (Flights, hotels, salons, etc)
– SOP documentation experience
– you follow instructions well
– you can work efficiently with little supervision
– you enjoy team collaboration
– you’re a multitasker
– you pay attention to details

Starting Rate: $5/hr. Would transition to Fix rate if client demands more tasks.

The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting our clients.

Note: The client is nomadic, so time-zone is changing every 2-4 weeks. Strictly, we only hire applicants with no commitments to other companies.
