Organic Social Media Manager
Mission
To strategically create, manage, and grow the brand’s organic presence across all social media platforms by developing engaging content, fostering meaningful audience connections, and driving measurable growth in engagement, visibility, and brand awareness. Through innovative content strategies, consistent community engagement, and data-driven optimizations, the Organic Social Media Manager will ensure the brand remains relevant, impactful, and aligned with its goals in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Create compelling and engaging content across all platforms

Increase brand visibility and awareness
Create and own content calendar for all platforms
Create and maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules.
Plan posts around key events, campaigns, and launches.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage the brand presence across all social media platforms.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
Compensation:
5-6 USD /hr based on experience
Position Description:
1. Content Creation and Strategy (60%)
Create and maintain an up to date content calendar and strategy that optimizes engagement and brand awareness
Develop, curate, and manage engaging multimedia content (images, videos, and written posts) tailored to each platform
Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand relevant
Conduct audience research to identify preferences and tailor content strategies accordingly
2. Platform Engagement (20%)
Respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions promptly to foster relationships with followers
Build and manage online communities by developing discussions and engaging with influencers
3. Analytics & Reporting (10%)
Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement rate, impressions, and follower growth
Prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign success and recommend improvements based on data insights
4. Other areas as assigned (10%)
Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate social strategies into broader initiatives

Competencies & Requirements:
Excellent English communications skills is a MUST – we will filter all applicants from the video interview step.
Strong creative thinking to develop unique campaigns and adapt to trends.
Experience and ability to craft engaging, visually appealing, and platform-specific content (text, images, videos).
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Capcut, or Canva for creating visuals.
Ability to adjust strategies quickly based on evolving trends or platform changes.
Expertise in fostering online communities through active engagement and responsiveness.
Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging audiences and collaborating with teams.
Ability to emulate the brand’s voice across platforms.
Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars, campaigns, and deadlines.
Experience using project management tools like Trello or gannt charts.
Knowledge of platform-specific algorithms, tools, and best practices.
In-depth understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Ability to leverage insights to optimize strategies and improve performance.
Proficiency in analyzing metrics like engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
Coachable and a team player.
Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting daily and weekly expectations.
Open to change in a small startup environment.
Amenable working in MST hours (US Mountain Time)
