We are looking for Operations Specialist that will serve as the Manager on Duty, responsible for supervising security officers during their shifts. This role ensures that security officers perform their duties efficiently, including completing rounds, submitting hourly reports, and meeting attendance requirements. The Operations Specialist also oversees the coordination of coverage for planned absences, call-offs, and emergency situations.
𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐓𝐈𝐓𝐋𝐄: 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓
𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
• Supervise and inspect security officers during their shifts.
• Ensure officers are completing rounds, submitting reports, and adhering to schedules.
• Monitor officer GPS locations and attendance.
• Manage scheduling and find coverage for vacant shifts, call-offs, and planned time off.
• Communicate with clients and officers via phone, text, and email.
• Notify clients about no-shows and update them on relief status.
• Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and headquarters to coach, counsel, discipline, train, and manage security officers.
• Support operations for remotely managed accounts.
• Respond to emergencies, call-offs, and scheduling conflicts.
• Conduct dispatching and scheduling as necessary.
• Monitor team activities and assist in investigations or conflict resolution.
• Prepare reports, conduct interviews, and enforce company policies.
• Administer verbal warnings and escalate disciplinary actions to the Security Manager as needed.
• Answer phone calls and maintain courteous communication.
• Complete tasks assigned by management.
𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:
Bachelor’s Degree, High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Strong verbal, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and able to quickly learn new software platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong writing skills, capable of preparing clear reports and correspondence.
Team player with the ability to collaborate and seek assistance when needed.
Ability to perform any task as directed by management.
𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞:
• 40 hours per week (various shifts)
• Saturday (6:00 AM – 10:00 PM PST) and Sunday (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST)
• Monday – Thursday (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST) and Friday (6:00 AM – 10:00 PM PST)
• Sunday – Thursday (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PST)
• Thursday – Sunday (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PST)
• Monday – Wednesday (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PST)
Location: REMOTE/WFH
Salary: $5/hour
Philippine Holidays: Paid
