NorthOak is hiring a Full‑Time Operations Specialist (Remote)!

Does your happy place include pivot tables, tidy SOPs, and zaps that magically move data where it should go? Same. If you can turn messy inputs into crisp, decision‑ready reports—and pivot from recurring tasks to urgent client requests without breaking a sweat—we’re stoked to meet you.

What you’ll do:

  • Keep client ops humming (data entry + QA), build organized reports, follow/refine SOPs and checklists, support admin/filings, and generally make chaos behave.
  • You bring: 3+ years in ops/data entry, fluency with Slack, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Zapier/Make, and advanced spreadsheets (pivots + logical formulas).
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive communicator; bonus if you’ve touched Registry Complete.
  • Logistics: 100% remote, standard Eastern Time hours (Mon–Fri, 9–5), with growth runway for high performers.
