Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Microsite Virtual Assistant to support our clients in building, managing, and optimizing high-converting microsites. The ideal candidate should have experience in landing page creation, CRM integration, and automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Build and manage microsites using platforms like GoHighLevel, WordPress, ClickFunnels, or similar

Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation

Set up forms, pipelines, and CRM integrations
-
Implement email/SMS automation workflows
-
Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast loading speed
-
Troubleshoot issues with pages, forms, and automations
-
Connect domains and manage DNS settings when needed
-
Monitor and report microsite performance
-
Collaborate with team members and clients to meet project goals
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
-
Experience with microsite/landing page builders (GHL preferred)
-
Strong understanding of funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization
-
Familiarity with CRM systems and automation tools
-
Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is a plus

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

Experience with Zapier or API integrations

Knowledge of Facebook/Google Ads tracking (pixels)

Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)

A/B testing experience
