Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: Approximately PHP 54,000
  • Paid Hours per Week: 40
  • Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with 1 hour unpaid break | Sydney, AU Time
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage digital content files, saving content into OneDrive and sorting by project
  • Schedule fortnightly Facebook and Instagram posts using existing content and past project materials
  • Upload and manage video content on YouTube platform
  • Create consistent posting schedules spanning 12-month periods, incorporating seasonal content and public holidays
  • Coordinate with existing videographer for monthly content creation sessions
  • Update website projects and liaise with website developer for content updates
  • Develop and manage email marketing workflows and sequences
  • Create blog content from existing video materials for website integration
  • Design and implement sales funnels for different service lines (acreage homes, knock-down rebuilds, custom luxury homes)
  • Repurpose existing content across multiple marketing channels
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
  • Research and learn company history through existing social media and content archives
  • Create marketing collateral including brochures and advertisements
  • Develop comprehensive 6-month marketing plans for review and implementation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing and content management
  • Proficiency with Facebook Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and YouTube platforms
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and workflow creation
  • Strong organizational skills for digital file management and content categorization
  • Ability to maintain brand voice and consistency across multiple channels
  • Experience with website content management and basic web updates
  • Knowledge of marketing funnel development and lead nurturing strategies
  • Excellent written communication skills for blog and social media content creation
  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools and social media management platforms
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes and brand guidelines
  • Creative thinking for repurposing content across different marketing channels
  • Understanding of luxury/premium brand marketing principles
