Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Virtual Assistant to support and build out the marketing function of a growing business. This role requires a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, content creation, and campaign performance — combined with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote setting. Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing support or digital marketing role
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
- Working knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
- Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO principles and web analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative without constant direction
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms; monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms
- Build and deploy email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promos, and automated sequences
- Track and report on key marketing metrics — website traffic, campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI
- Conduct basic SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization support
- Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
