Marketing Virtual Assistant

Are you a digital marketing–experienced Virtual Assistant who loves turning strategy into execution? We’re looking for a proactive Marketing VA with hands-on digital marketing experience who can support both marketing execution and administrative operations for a fast-paced, growth-focused team.

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐀𝐫𝐞

You are a detail-oriented, creative self-starter with real digital marketing experience, able to:

Plan, execute, and support digital marketing campaigns

Create and repurpose content for social media, email, and paid ads

Edit videos and images for marketing use across digital platforms

Monitor and assist with paid ad performance (Meta, YouTube, Google, etc.)

Support admin tasks such as scheduling, CRM updates, file organization, and reporting

Follow systems, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with the team

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬

Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing and online brand support

Social media management, content creation, and scheduling experience

Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop

Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Flodesk, ActiveCampaign)

Familiarity with social media schedulers (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer)

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Working knowledge of SEO, content formatting, and basic analytics

Experience in real estate marketing or service-based businesses is a plus
