Work Schedule: Core availability 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Job Purpose and Role:

We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Growth Virtual Assistant who will help build and manage our marketing efforts, strengthen our brand presence, and improve customer follow-ups. This role is heavily focused on email marketing, CRM follow-ups, brand promotion, and online presence, with the opportunity to grow into customer-facing and outbound responsibilities over time.

The ideal candidate understands the moving industry, has a warm and professional communication style, and can execute marketing tasks consistently and proactively.

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Email Campaigns:

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns for existing customers (warm leads)
  • Send:
  • Thank-you emails after inquiries or bookings
  • Appointment reminders
  • Follow-ups for unsigned estimates
  • Holiday and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure consistent follow-up communication without being aggressive or spammy
  • Maintain high email deliverability and inbox placement

CRM & Customer Follow-Ups:

  • Work inside the CRM (e.g., Housecall Pro or similar)
  • Track estimates, approvals, and customer activity
  • Follow up on pending estimates and inactive leads
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer records

Brand Building & Online Presence:

  • Help build and strengthen the company’s brand identity
  • Promote company awards, recognitions, and trust signals
  • Assist with:
  • Basic blog content
  • Social media updates
  • Brand messaging aligned with company values
  • Ensure messaging reflects a warm, trustworthy, and service-oriented tone

Marketing Support & Advertising:

  • Assist with general marketing and advertising initiatives
  • Help execute campaigns beyond organic Google traffic
  • Support visibility efforts across digital channels

Future Growth (Optional / Gradual):

  • Potential to assist with outbound calls or customer communication after training and trust are established
  • Learn company sales approach and customer interaction style over time

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing or virtual assistance
  • Experience in the moving industry is required
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Experience with:
  • Email marketing tools
  • CRM systems (Housecall Pro experience is a plus)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
  • Ability to follow systems and improve them over time
