Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation

Salary: $800 – $850
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn and other outbound channels
- Research and build targeted prospect lists (Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper, etc.)
- Conduct personalized outreach and book qualified discovery calls
- Track and report key metrics
- Support broader marketing initiatives (content distribution, campaign execution, email marketing, asset coordination)
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years experience in B2B marketing or lead generation
- Proven experience booking meetings via different outreach platforms
- Highly organized, strong written communication, self-starter
- Experience targeting US healthcare professionals is a strong advantage
- Self-starter who can meet weekly outreach and booking targets
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and scheduling platforms

- Reliable high-speed internet
- Updated computer/laptop
- Webcam and noise-cancelling headset
