OD Custom Homes is a boutique luxury custom home builder in Austin, Texas. We create one-of-a-kind, architect-driven custom residences for high-end clients, and we’re building a more polished, consistent online presence to match the quality of our work.

We’re looking for a Marketing VA to support our social media and digital presence by turning raw photo/video footage into refined, on-brand posts and short-form videos, then scheduling, publishing, and tracking performance. You’ll help us stay consistent, professional, and visible. This is a great role for someone who can follow a style guide, work fast, and bring structure to content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit social media content (Reels/shorts, posts, stories) using provided footage/photos
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to enhance presentation (lighting, captions, branding overlays, templates) without misrepresenting reality
• Write captions tailored to a luxury audience (clear, polished, confidence-building)
• Schedule posts and maintain a weekly content calendar (consistent cadence)
• Repurpose content across platforms (Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn as needed)
• Respond to comments/DMs using guidelines, flag leads/questions to the team
• Track simple analytics (reach, engagement, clicks) and recommend improvements (best posting times, formats that perform)
• Keep brand standards consistent (fonts, tone, style, hashtags, visual look)

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media VA / Marketing VA (portfolio preferred, before/after edits help)
• Strong video editing + content formatting skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, Canva, etc.)
• Comfortable using AI tools for editing/captions/templates while keeping content tasteful and “high-end.”
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
• Organized and reliable: can follow processes, hit deadlines, and communicate clearly
• Bonus: experience marketing luxury services (custom homes, interior design, architecture, real estate)

• Pay: $7 to $12 USD per hour (based on experience)
