Marketing Executive

PTE Magic is one of the leading PTE (Pearson Test of English) preparation platforms in Asia, trusted by over 300,000 students across 50+ countries.

At PTE Magic Philippines, we help students pass their English test to work, study, or migrate abroad, and we’re growing fast. We’re now looking for a Marketing Executive who’s hands-on, resourceful, and ready to take ownership of campaigns that directly impact student enrollments.

Main responsibilities:

• Build and execute marketing campaigns to increase leads and brand visibility in the Philippine market
• Create scroll-stopping content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels that our audience loves
• Run and monitor lead gen funnels, optimize for cost per lead, and drive consistent monthly sign-ups
• Collaborate with the Academic, Sales, and Ops teams so marketing directly supports student success
• Research trends, competitors, and student behavior to improve campaign relevance
• Reach out to education agents, influencers, schools, and potential partners for collaboration and B2B growth
• Help coordinate live events, webinars, and Facebook group activities
• Track performance data (CPL, CTR, conversion rate) and use it to improve content and strategy
• Work with our Ads Manager to brief creatives, set up paid ads, and analyze ROI
• Support with influencer and affiliate programs — from scouting to coordinating and reporting

Requirements for you:

• Fluent in English and Tagalog
• Have 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or lead generation
• Experience in education is highly preferable
• Are comfortable using Meta, Canva, Notion, and Facebook Ads Manager
• Understand how to create content that drives action, not just likes
• Take initiative, communicate clearly, and enjoy solving problems
• Have an interest in education or helping students achieve big goals
