Virtual Rockstar is seeking a passionate and organized Marketing Assistant to support our client’s women’s health clinic in Louisiana. Our client is dedicated to providing holistic, individualized care that empowers patients to achieve optimal health and well-being through a combination of acupuncture, functional medicine, and lifestyle medicine.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks: Schedule and reschedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries efficiently.
  • Patient Communication: Answer calls, send follow-up emails, and manage patient intake forms.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain patient records, create branded patient handouts, and upload materials into the EHR; develop discharge instruction templates.
  • Website Management: Update website content at www.audreylemd.com, including service descriptions and other necessary information.
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging posts, interact with followers, and track social media metrics.
  • Email Marketing: Draft monthly newsletters, manage email lists, and monitor campaign performance.
  • Research and Content Creation: Gather information for blog posts or newsletters and assist with content writing based on provided outlines.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with SEO strategies, run ad campaigns, and track marketing metrics.
  • Patient Research: Respond to patient inquiries about supplements and treatments, ensuring accurate and helpful information.
  • Outreach: Call and email potential patients with broad questions about services, programs, and pricing.
  • Appointment Confirmation: Call patients to confirm appointments and communicate any necessary rescheduling details.
  • Content Creation: Develop patient handouts and social media content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook, along with the monthly newsletter.

Requirements

  • Experience with Charm EHR, Wix for website management, Acuity Scheduling, Canva, and Planoly is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
  • A passion for women’s health and holistic care approaches.
