Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Virtual Marketing Assistant to support our fast-paced healthcare marketing department. This is a full-time role with growth potential for the right candidate to specialize in a focused area of marketing.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare terminology, insurance billing, services, and culture
• Impeccable English writing and communication skills
• Solid experience in digital marketing
• Skilled in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, AI apps for creative design work, or similar tools
• Familiar with CRM tools and email platforms (Active Campaign, Mailchimp, or similar)
• Experience with WordPress or other website platforms
• Understanding of SEO best practices and Google Analytics in today’s AI searches
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and resourceful
• Fast learner and comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Notion, Teams, Active Campaign)
• Video editing experience (Reels, YouTube, promotional videos)
• Prior experience working with U.S. naturopathic, chiropractic, or integrated health practices
• Experience writing health or wellness blog content

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

You’ll begin by supporting our Director of Marketing across a variety of daily tasks:

• Website updates and basic maintenance (WordPress)
• Print and digital material design (flyers, signage, in-clinic materials)
• Photo editing and light video editing
• Drafting and formatting blog posts and email campaigns. (Must be confident using Chat GPT 5.0 or a Claude AI user)
• Managing and organizing online review responses
• General marketing admin tasks
• Marketing onboarding for new providers
