Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
- Assist in creating and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms
- Manage and update the content calendar (e.g., HeyOrca)
- Repurpose podcast episodes into captions, hashtags, and post ideas using AI tools
- Design carousel posts, YouTube thumbnails, and other engaging visuals using Canva
- Edit short videos and photos for social media and podcast promotion
Email, Client & Communication Support
- Manage inbox correspondence and respond to course or coaching inquiries
- Schedule calls, podcast recordings, and coaching sessions
- Conduct outreach to potential clients and collaborators
Research & Outreach
- Research potential leads, clients, and partnership opportunities
- Assist in executing cold outreach campaigns
- Identify businesses or individuals interested in studio rentals
- Conduct market and competitor research
Organization & Project Support
- Organize and maintain files in Google Drive
- Track project progress and update workflow documentation
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Background in marketing and social media management
- Proficient in Canva and Google Workspace
- Familiar with content scheduling tools (HeyOrca, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Experience in basic video editing
- Familiarity with podcast or recording platforms is a plus
- Coachable and adaptable to new tools and workflows
