Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you must be highly organized and detail-oriented to manage and track daily shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and facilitate seamless communication between various teams. This role requires strong time management skills and proficiency in essential office software.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail or logistics environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for basic editing and sales sheet development.
- Familiarity with the Five Below platform or similar vendor management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track an average of 10-12 daily outbound shipments.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate spreadsheets with product and item information.
- Ensure precision in pallet counts for all outgoing shipments.
- Utilize order templates to communicate specific shipping requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with backend teams and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support logistics operations.
- If proficient in Photoshop, undertake basic photo editing and sales sheet creation.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.
- Must be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes.
Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:
- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
- Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of work, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
