Loan Officer Virtual Assistant (VA)

**Levine Capital is looking for a skilled and experienced Loan Officer Virtual Assistant to support our lending operations. This role involves managing loan applications, conducting pre-screening, and providing exceptional administrative and communication support. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in private lending, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of Fix and Flip Loans, DSCR Loans, and New Construction Hard Money Loans.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Loan Applications:**
– Manage loan applications over the phone, gathering required documentation.
– Input and update information in loan portals and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).

**Pre-Screening:**
– Collaborate with capital providers to pre-screen loan applications.
– Assist in creating term sheets and outlining loan options.

**Loan Processing Support:**
– Process and track various types of loans, including Fix and Flip Loans, DSCR Loans, New Construction Hard Money Loans, Gator Loans, Gap Funding Loans, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Loans, and Transactional Loans.
– Coordinate with loan buyers, title companies, insurance agents, investors, and capital providers.

**Administrative Tasks:**
– Schedule meetings and appointments using the company calendar system.
– Maintain accurate and organized records of client and loan files.
– Generate reports as needed.

**Communication:**
– Act as a liaison between clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
– Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Mandatory Qualifications:**

**Technical Expertise:**
– Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
– Familiarity with loan processing platforms and portals.

**Professional Skills:**
– Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Experience:**
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in loan processing or private lending.
– Mandatory knowledge and experience with Fix and Flip Loans, DSCR Loans, and New Construction Hard Money Loans.
– Familiarity with Gator Loans, Gap Funding, EMD, and Transactional Loans is highly valued.

**Work Environment:**
– Reliable high-speed internet connection.
– Access to multiple monitors and a backup power source (e.g., generator).
