DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES (40 Hours a Week Full Time and Time: TBA):
We are seeking a Lead Account Manager responsible for overseeing the internal operations of our Castos Productions service line. At Castos Productions we are creating winning media brands for leading B2B companies. The role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring that clients receive high-quality products or services. They also take on leadership responsibilities within their team and contribute to the strategic direction of the organization’s client management efforts.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships is fundamental. This involves actively listening to client needs, providing excellent customer service, and being a trusted advisor.
- Developing and executing account growth plans involves creating a roadmap for each client’s success.
- Identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities is essential for both client and company success.
- Problem-solving is a critical skill. As issues and conflicts arise, you must address them promptly and effectively ensuring the client’s satisfaction with the resolution.
- Data analysis is essential for making informed decisions. You need to collect and analyze data related to client accounts, such as sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Leading and mentoring the account management team is vital for their growth and performance.
Desired Qualities:
- Background in creative fields like graphic design, web design, audio engineering, etc. Strongly encouraged but not mandatory.
- Prior project management in ad agencies, creative agencies, TV production, events, and government/nonprofit contracts.
- Effective communication is essential for building trust with clients, understanding their needs, and conveying complex information clearly.
- Strategic thinking involves the ability to see the big picture, set long-term goals, and develop plans to achieve them.
- Effective problem-solving skills are crucial for resolving client issues and finding innovative solutions to challenges
- Empathy is vital for understanding clients’ perspectives and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Leadership skills are essential for guiding and motivating the account management team.
PROFICIENT IN THE FOLLOWING PLATFORMS (at least 1 year of experience):
- Slack
- GHL
- Google Suite
- Loom
- ClickUp
- Canva
- Social media platforms such as LinkedIn,Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
ENGLISH PROFICIENCY: High (C1/C2 level)
